May 14, 2014 was an amazing day. We received Skyler's mission call on this day. We decided that we could not wait until Thursday to open it. So we Cody got the day off from work and we planned a quick opening party. Simple Hot Dogs, Chips and drinks. We were all so excited. So many wonderful friends came to our house on this special day. We are blessed to have such an amazing support system. We love the place we live, the neighbors and friends.
The look on Skyler's face is priceless. When he said. Villahermosa Mexico Mission his face just lit up. It is like people say. You just know where you are supposed to go. As Skyler's Mom I knew it was Mexico. I didn't exactly know where. But I knew Mexico. He is so excited. He really wanted to go foreign. He got his wish.
